What is a 'decent Ou'?
The term ‘decent ou’ can mean so many different things. To us, it represents people that have a decent sense of moral values and a good attitude even through difficult times. There are of course, challenges in life that can test our patience, self-control and even our sense of self-worth. Our belief is that, we all have the freedom to choose how we react in these challenging times. We can either make excuses and shift the blame or we can let these forces help evolve and grow to the person we want to be tomorrow.
What do you choose?
We can’t control everything in our lives, but we can control how we act in times of fear, frustration or anger.
A Decent Ou will always look at the positive things around them and overcome the difficulties that may lay ahead.

how did we start?
Decent Ou clothing co. came to life when two best friends decided to create something unique together, they wanted to make their mark on their local community. To them, the term ‘Decent Ou’ referred to those that through thick and thin, stay true to their paths and not let anything deter them from their goals and ambitions whilst staying humbled. It was during his time the Term ‘Decent Ou’ became quite a commonly used term used in south Africa. Demand for ‘Decent Ou’ merchandise started to grow and the business has been evolving ever since.
Climbing the mountain isn’t easy, but oh man the view is worth it.
